Proprietary brands

After 3 years through a license agreement, in July 2007, Inter Parfums acquired the brand name and trademark for class 3 (fragrance products and make-up) from the company Jeanne Lanvin SA. Pursuant to this acquisition, the licensing contract signed in 2004 was terminated. Inter Parfums acquired a majority stake in Nickel, the men's skin care company, in April 2004, followed by the remaining minority interests in June 2007.
