A survey of shareholder ownership identified 7,080 shareholders at september 30, 2007, up nearly 6% in one year. Excluding Inter Parfums Holding, ownership breaks down as follows:
140 French investors and mutual funds owning 12.6% of the capital stock compared with 170 in 2006 owning 15.3%;
70 foreign investors, located mainly in the U.K., Switzerland, the U.S. and Luxembourg, who own 7.8% of the capital stock compared with 54 in 2006 with 2.8%;
6,870 individuals owning 8.7% of the capital stock compared with 6,695 in 2006 owning 10.1%.

To the Company's knowledge, there are no other shareholders that possess directly, indirectly or together, 5% or more of the capital or voting rights.
